Pottorff’s Lean journey – the elimination of waste thru continuous improvement – was a bit stuck in a failed cycle of unsustained gains. Nathanael helped me see that next level systems, like Lean, require next level leadership, starting with me. If Lean is about the elimination of waste, then Nathanael helped me see and eliminate the waste that stopped us from functioning as a high-performance team – things like drama, conflict avoidance, ego, and underlying beliefs and assumptions that held us back. Nathanael integrated marital arts, meditation and leadership principles in an experiential way that facilitated understanding and learning at deep levels not found during typical classroom "training."
